To better implement the "Belt and Road" initiative, promote the "going global" efforts of the building materials industry and open up new space for international capacity cooperation, China Building Materials Alliance for Global Production Capacity Cooperation was formally established . with the approval of the National Development and Reform Commission. This will help us to further implement the "Guiding Opinions on Promotion of International Production Capacity and Equipment Manufacturing Cooperation" of the State Council and the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Stable Growth, Restructuring and Benefits-increasing of the Building Materials Industry" of the General Office of the State Council. Establishing of the Alliance also opens up an important path for building materials companies to develop international production capacity cooperation, make full use of both domestic and international resources and markets, and realize industrial restructuring, transformation and upgrading. Establishing of the Alliance also provides important support for China's building materials industry to give play to its advantages and realize the strategy of "innovate to improve, surpass to lead".

Today, we meet in Beijing, with the theme of "innovating development methods, expanding international cooperation models, and achieving common development", and witness the establishment of China Building Materials Alliance for Global Production Capacity Cooperation, which is built on the principles of "peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit". As members of the Alliance, we jointly issued the following declaration, we will:

1. Implement the national development strategy of "Going Global"; in accordance with the "Belt and Road" initiatives and the strategic deployment of international production capacity cooperation, pull our strength to promote the international development of Chinese building materials enterprises, facilitate the pace of "going global" for equipment, technology, standards and services China's building materials industry, and continue to enhance the depth and breadth of international cooperation in building materials.
